We are a mission driven salon that is growth oriented and team based. Education is the cornerstone of everything we do. Our guests needs are at the forefront of how we approach hair. We cater to a higher end clientele that expects quality service and clear communication.
You need to possess a minimum 3 years experience and have a desire to learn. Our goal is to groom passionate stylists into the best versions of themselves while providing the environment for them to financially excel. We offer in salon education every Thursday from 12-2 and expect our team to participate fully. We have an extremely low turnover rate and very rarely have positions open.
We are a very supportive team, and as such, are looking for someone who is interested in being a part of something bigger than themselves.
If you are a successful candidate, you will be required to perform a technical interview to assess your current skill level. A plan then would be developed to build upon your weaknesses.
